O R D E R

The first contemnor has filed the affidavit dated 08.08.2023 on behalf of the second contemnor also. While tendering unconditional apology for the act of indiscretion committed by them, they have also stated that they have agreed to resolve the dispute in C.S.No.77 of 2018 and will file a Memorandum of Compromise. The terms of Memorandum of Compromise are also set out in the affidavit filed today.

2. Taking note of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. The contemnors are discharged.
