Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioners to pursue the BE Degree course in Computer Science & Engineering, BE Degree course in Computer Science, BE Degree course in Electronic & Communication Engineering and B.E.Degree course in computer Science respectively of 2003-2004 batch in the 4th respondent college by treating the petitioners' admission as one under Non-Resident Indian quota which the petitioners are legally entitled to and to allow the petitioners to take the University examinations thereof.
