O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.Nagamuthu,J.) The petitioner is the husband of one Mrs.Nagamalli, who is aged 31 years. On the allegation that she has been found missing from 20.05.2016, the petitioner has come before this Court with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when the matter has been taken up in the special list, the petitioner made appearance. The detenue has been produced by the respondent. She told that the petitioner is a drunkard; he harasses her and, therefore, she has left the matrimonial home and that now she is living with her friend. She further submitted that she has no intention of joining the petitioner and, in case she is forced to join the petitioner, she may think of ending her life. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In these circumstances, since we are satisfied that there is no illegal detention, no relief can be granted in this petition. Habeas Corpus Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
