This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case for offences under sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.11.2017 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the case in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.In view of the order passed by this Court in the case of Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case (supra).
