Vs 1 BUJJAMMA [ RESPONDENTS ] 2 DHANAKUMAR 3 SUBHASHINI Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to exempt the Andhrapradesh State Road Transport corporation the petitioner herein from paying the court of Rs.13241/- in the said CMA.SR.No.75337 of 2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court (in CMP.No.18811/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.V.SHOBA, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the Corporation seeking exemption from payment of Court fee. The ground that is alleged for seeking exemption is that the Tribunal has erroneously passed an award.
2.Considering the facts and nature of the case, I am of the opinion, this cannot be a ground to exempt the Corporation from paying Court fee. Exemption from paying Court fee is a provision, which is intended for ordinary litigants, who have financial difficulty in paying Court fee and not otherwise.
