This Court, while disposing of the present civil revision petition on 28.07.2023 directed the learned Additional District Munsif, Tindivanam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.276 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31.03.2024.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Additional District Munsif, Tindivanam, through her letter dated 03.04.2024 in D.No.277 of 2024 has prayed for extension of time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.276 of 2015 pending on her file, since the order passed by this Court dated 28.07.2023 has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made by the learned Additional District Munsif, Tindivanam, this Court is of the view that it is just and proper to give further three months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.276 of 2015 pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Tindivanam. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1 of 2

4. Accordingly, further period of three months time is granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.276 of 2015 pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Tindivanam, in order to comply the order passed by this Court on 28.07.2023.
