This writ petition has been filed seeking for a issuance of writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents and their men or agent from interfering with the petitioner's livelihood activity of carrying on the food vending business in the Push Cart at the Northern end of the Veeraswamy Street (Next to the Aavin Milk Vending Booth), Egmore, Chennai - 600 008.
2. Heard both sides and perused the material documents available on record.
3. Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner was selling the food items in a Push Cart at Veeraswamy Street, Egmore, Chennai. He has further stated that due to traffic congestion, the respondents have removed the Push Cart of the petitioner.
4. It is further submitted that aggrieved over the action of the respondents 1 to 3, the petitioner preferred a complaint to the fourth respondent and the complaint was enquired and closed on 07.07.2016.
5. In the light of the above submissions, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
