Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition came to be numbered by transfer of O.A.No.1641 of 2003 on the file of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Proc.Na.Ka.No.2349/A4/2002, dated 07.03.2003 and quash the same so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the third respondent to maintain the seniority list separately in the cadre of Lab Assistant and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Junior Assistant with all service benefits.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has brought to the notice of this Court a proceeding dated 24.09.2013, wherein it is seen that the petitioner has himself agreed to withdraw the present writ petition and it is further seen that he has already been given promotion to the post of Junior Assistant with effect from 24.09.2007. The said proceedings dated 24.09.2013 addressed to the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.
