ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur for trial of cases registered under SC/ST(POA)Act, Tiruvallur District to consider the petitioners bail on their surrender in Cr.No.111/2026 pending on the file of 2nd respondent and pass order on the petitioners bail petition on the same day.
2. On perusal of records it is seen that the defacto complainant belong to ,Ush;

" community. The car belonged to one Dinesh was found damaged. Hence, the relatives of the said Dinesh started abusing, attacking and threatening the defacto complainant and his son. Thereafter, when the defacto complainant's son went to graze the goats, at that time, the petitioners along with other persons attacked him. Hence the complaint.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
4. In view of the specific bar under Section 18 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and also taking into consideration the possibility of misusing the pious intention of the Parliament against innocent persons, there shall be a direction to the Learned District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur for trial of cases registered under SC/ST(POA)Act, Tiruvallur District, to consider the petitioners' bail application(s), preferably on the same day of their surrender, in connection with Crime No.111 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent Police and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to the victims under Section 15-A of the SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989. The petitioners shall surrender before the jurisdictional Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
