ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12854 of 2025, dated 28.04.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at Yanam and report before the Yanam Police Station, daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12854 of 2025, dated 28.04.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 07.07.2025 stn To The Station House Officer, Vigilance Anti-Corruption Police Station, Puducherry.
