ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASN,J] The petitioner is the husband of the detenue, by name, S.Jothikala, aged about 29 years. It is alleged that she is found missing from 12.03.2016 onwards. Hence, the petitioner has preferred a complaint to the 1st respondent and since no action has been taken, he has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition before this Court.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and we have also perused the records carefully. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

A perusal of the affidavit filed by the petitioner would go to show that the detenue is aged about 29 years and she has eloped with the 2nd respondent. Therefore, there is no illegal detention as alleged by the petitioner and no direction could be granted as prayed for by the petitioner. 4.
