ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to carry on the investigation of the case in Crime No. 64 of 2018 and file charge sheet expeditiously.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 64 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a closure report or a charge sheet as the case may be under due intimation to the de facto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
