Prayer in REV.APLW SR No.15585 of 2016:- This Review Application is filed under Order XLVII and Rule 1 read with Sec.114 of CPC to allow the review petition by reviewing the final order passed in W.P No.17285 of 2015 dated 26.06.2015 as illegal.

Prayer in W.P.No. 17285 of 2015: To issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to letter No.39068/O.Na.Tha.Pi 1/Ma.Po.ka/2014., dated 13/01/2015 issued by the third respondent and to quash is is arbitrary and illegal and consequently to direct the first respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sanction family pension to the petitioner from 14.11.2011, this being next day of death of the petitioner's husband within a time frame.
