This petition is filed seeking to accept the cause title of the petitioners 2 and 3/appellants 2 and 3 as "The Principal Commissioner of Income Tax-8 and the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Non-Corporate Circle-4(1)" instead of "Commissioner of Income Tax VII and the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Business Range VI" respectively.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
