This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 776 days in representing the above Second Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. She submitted that the Petitioner engaged an Advocate viz., Ms.P.Karthika, who got married and had gone to Malaysia with her husband and the Petitioner was not informed about the status of the case. Though the Petitioner tried to contact Ms.P.Karthika, Advocate, he was not able to contact her. Due to COVID situation, Petitioner could not come to Chennai. When she visited the office of Mr.Balasubramanian, Advocate, with whom Ms.P.Karthika, Advocate was attached, she came to know that Ms.P.Karthika, Advocate returned the papers, then only he engaged the present Advocate. Therefore, there is a delay in representing the above Appeal. 3.Considered the reason stated for the delay. Accepting the reason for the delay of 776 days in re-presenting the above Appeal, this Petition is ordered as prayed for.
