2. Heard M/s.Ramya V.Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Ms.R.Sree Vidhya, learned counsel who takes notice on behalf of the second respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the second respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 708 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.No.47999 of 2022 is condoned.
4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. Registry is also directed to print the name of Ms.R.Sree Vidhya, learned counsel for the second respondent when the matter is listed for admission.
5. It is made clear that the claimant will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 708 days.
