JUDGMENT

On 09.07.2018, Mr.D.Pari Vendhan, Advocate has filed Affidavit of Service stating that he has been appointed by the High Court Legal Services Committee to represent the respondents 1 to 3. He further stated that he has sent notice to the respondents by Speed Post on 02.07.2018 and postal acknowledgment has not been received. Hence, the case has been adjourned to 13.07.2018.

2. On 13.07.2018, Mr.D.Pari Vendhan, Advocate represented that he has not received postal acknowledgment. Hence, the matter has been posted today (i.e., on 20.07.2018).
