This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 501 days in filing the above CMA.SR.No.85677 of 2025, as against the order dated 05.09.2023 made in M.C.O.P.No.695 of 2020 on the file of the MACT Tribunal, Special District Court, Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the material available in the record.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent raised the objection to condone the delay of 501 days in filing the above appeal.

4. However, being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioners to be justifiable, the interest for the default period is ordered to be waived. Therefore, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to list the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal after numbering the same, if it is otherwise in order. 18.06.2025 klt T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.
