O R D E R

This petition is filed to review the order of this Court passed in C.R.P.(PD) No.2437 of 2016 on 17.08.2016.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for respondents.

3. Learned counsel on either side brings to notice that at the hearing of the case on 17.08.2016 both sides had agreed to an order directing appointment of Commissioner towards inspection of A, B and C schedule properties. Their bone of contention was regards the insertion in I.A.No.13848 of 2015 in O.S.No.6626 of 2014 on the file of XVIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, calling for inspection of the C.C. Tv cameras installed in the premises, such insertion having been made after service of copy in the interim application to the Revision petitioners/Review petitioners. It was observed that such insertions may be ignored.

4. Learned counsel on either side brings to notice that however order sought to be reviewed erroneously informs the position that the revision petitioners was aggrieved by an order of commission also in respect of A schedule property.

5. In affirmation of the said position, learned counsel for the respondents has made an endorsement to the effect that the Review petition may be allowed.

6. In the circumstances, this review application shall stand allowed to the effect that the order of the Court below passed in I.A.No.13848 of 2015 in O.S.No.6626 of 2014 shall be read as one permitting appointment of Commissioner for inspection of A, B and C schedule properties in

I.A.No.13848 of 2015 in O.S.No.6626 of 2014 on the file of City Civil Court. No costs.
