ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 30.09.2019, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second respondent has already conducted the enquiry and that final orders will be passed within the time limit fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also after recording the submissions made by the learned Govt. Advocate, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
