The respondent Corporation has filed a counter-affidavit before this Court, wherein it is stated that, as directed by this Court, the respondent Corporation has revised the pension of the petitioner and pension arrears and commutation arrears have also been settled to the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation further submitted that all benefits as per eligibility have been settled to the petitioner by the respondent Corporation.

In view of the said statement made in the counter-affidavit and recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation, the Sub Application is closed. If there is any dispute, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.
