C.M.P.Nos.14021, 14022 & 14026 of in C.M.P.No.9725 of 2020 in S.A.No.SR33470 of 2020 P.T.ASHA, J., The proposed respondents have been served both through Court as well as privately. The 12th respondent who is the minor represented by the 9th respondent has also been served.

Considering the fact that the petitions are filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent and taking into account the fact that all the proposed respondents being served and there is no objection to the petitions being allowed, the petitions are allowed.

2. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
