2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner state that subsequent to the filing of the revisions, the Interlocutory Applications in I.A.SR No.4496(A) of 2024 & I.A.SR No.4497(A) of 2024 have been taken on file for consideration by the Sub Court, Alandu and hence, the Revision may be closed as infructuous. He also prays for a direction to the trial Court for early disposal of the cases.
3. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petitions stand closed as infructuous. The Sub Court, Alandur is directed to dispose of the above Interlocutory Applications within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
