This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that earlier, this Court had passed an order dated 19.02.2024 in the above Original Petition. But, in 5th line of paragraph No.6 of the said order, it has been inadvertently mentioned as "the petitioners with power to collect and to receive deposit specified in the schedule together with interest as applicable till the date of withdrawal, is issued" and the same requires to be rectified.

3. In view of the above, Registry is directed to replace the word "petitioners " as "second petitioner with power to collect and to receive deposit specified in the schedule together with interest as applicable till the date of withdrawal, is issued" from the 5th line of paragraph No.6 of the order dated 19.02.2024.
