Respondent PRAYER: Original Petition is filed under Section 3,7 and 10 and Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act read with Order XXI Rule 2 and 3 of the Original Side Rules praying to grant permanent custody of the minor femala child named Yaadhavi Sreeram born on 14.04.2020, to the petitioner and the petitioner may be appointed as the Guardian of the person of the said minor child.

ORDER

This Original petition has been filed to grant permanent custody of the minor child namely Yaadhavi Sreeram born on 14.04.2020 and to appoint the petitioner as guardian of the person and property of the minor child. Page No.1 of 4

2. During the pendency of the above petition, both sides entered into compromise. Both sides filed their consent affidavits and Joint Compromise Memo.

3. Today both parties appeared before this Court and this Court perused the Joint Compromise Memo. As per the Joint Compromise Memo, the parties amicably settled the matter between them and both the parties agreed to appoint the petitioner as 'guardian' for the minor child namely Yaadhavi Sreeram born on 14.04.2020, and also to grant permanent custody of the minor child to the petitioner.

4. Recording the above said compromise, this Original petition is allowed and the petitioner, who is the mother of the minor child namely Mrs. Supraja Ramachandran is appointed as 'Guardian" of the minor child namely Yaadhavi Sreeram born on 14.04.2020 for her person and property till she attaining the age of majority and also granted permanent custody of the minor child to the petitioner. The Joint Compromise Memo shall form a part of this order.

5. With the above said directions, this Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected applications are closed. Page No.2 of 4
