This petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to represent in the W.P.No.25918 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Since the writ petition has already been disposed of, this petition to implead the proposed party cannot be entertained. Once the order is passed, there is no question of recalling the same and this petition filed by the petitioner is misconceived.

Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
