This petition is filed praying to order Substituted Service to the respondents 4 & 8 by way of effecting publication in Makkal Kural or any other newspaper.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. The petioner is directed to take paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural", Chennai Edition, by mentioning the hearing date as 08.11.2021. The publication shall be effected atleast 10 days prior to the next date of hearing.
