COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd Respondent vide Impugned Notice No.CMWSSB/AreaV/Depot 61/Spl/ 2021-3 dated 29.07.2021 and the consequent destraint Notice of disconnection vide Letter No.Se.Ku.Wa/Area-V/Depot-061/2021 dated 15.09.2021 issued by the 3rd Respondent based on the Provisional Notice dated 03.10.2016 vide Z.O.V.R.D.O. No.R4/Spl/2015 passed by the 2nd Respondent and quash the same as highly illegal and arbitrary and further direct the 1st Respondent to pass Final Orders of Assessment by following the directions in W.A.Nos.102 and 103 of 2011 for the period from 1993-1994 and subsequent Assessment years in accordance with law.
