ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.07.2020 for issuance of patta vide document No.1781/2012, dated 02.04.2012 and dispose of the same forthwith.

2.The petitioner claims that she belongs to socially and economically weaker class of the society and seeks assignment of the property comprised in Sy.No.60/7 of Veppannatham Village and for issuance of patta pursuant to such assignment. 3.Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and made a statement on instructions that the enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2020 is completed and the necessary proceedings would be made latest by 31.01.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

5.Since the enquiry is completed and the final decision alone requires to be made, and in the backdrop of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court does not consider that any more instructions is required to be given in this case.
