Captioned WMPs have been filed with prayers for dispensing with the production of original of the impugned final reminder notices dated 29.07.2021.

2.Adverting to paragraph 10 of the support affidavit, it is submitted that the impugned notices have been misplaced by the staff.

3.However, photocopies of the impugned notices have been filed and though the reason is not truly convincing, as there is an undertaking that the original will be traced and produced, captioned WMPs are ordered as prayed for.
