ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.KUMARAPPAN J.) The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order of this Court W.P.No.28339 of 2022 dated 01.11.2022.

2. On perusal of the order, it is seen that, even at the time of disposal of the writ petition, the main grievance of the petitioner has already been addressed. However, pucca concrete canal was not put up at that point of time, as it was rainy season.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader would now submit that pucca concrete canal construction has been completed for a length of 202 m for effective supply of irrigation water in tail end area. Therefore, there is no willful disobedience of the order dated 01.11.2022 in WP.No.28339 of 2022.
