1. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagapattinam to dispose the petition filed in Crl.M.P.No.2663 of 2020.
2. Today when the matter is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous and therefore he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
