ORDER

This quash petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.37 of 2022 on the file of the FTMC Mahila Court at Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris.

2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner had earlier filed a quash petition in Crl.O.P.No.2609 of 2015 and this Court went into the merits of the case and found that there is no ground to quash the proceedings and hence, dismissed the petition by order dated 08.02.2023. In view of the same, there is no scope to once again entertain a quash petition.
