The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has no objection in allowing the petitions, seeking to condone the delay of 220 days in filing the above Writ Appeals.

2. We have heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners/appellants. We have gone through the petition and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein and having regard to the above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the other side, the delay of 220 days in filing the above Writ Appeals is condoned.

3. These petitions are ordered accordingly. Registry to number the Writ Appeals and list next week for hearing.
