The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that all the retirement benefits have been paid to the petitioner herein.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies such a statement.

3. Insofar as the pensionary benefits are concerned, it is a submission that the proposals are already been forwarded to the Accountant General.

4. The learned standing counsel for the Accountant General also affirms that the proposals have been approved on 21.05.2025. 2/4
