Challenge has been made to the Order of attachment passed by the Execution Court in the Execution Petition in E.P.No.96 of 2023 in the present Civil Revision Petition.
2. The main contention of the revision petitioners is that the Execution Petition has been filed beyond the period of limitation. Therefore, the Execution Petition itself is not maintainable.
3. At the outset, the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners cannot be countenanced for the simple reason that the seal of the Execution Court in the Execution Petition itself proves the fact that the Execution Petition has been filed within the period of limitation. In such view of the matter, I do not find any merits in this revision. Page 2 / 4
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. It is for the revision petitioners to seek their remedy before the Execution Court as per law.
