This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to submit the thesis and VIVA and to write the semester Examination to be held for the M.Ed Course for 2012-13 by the 2nd respondent on 27.05.2013, 29.05.2013, 31.05.2013 and 03.06.2013 in the 3rd respondent College and to publish the results of the petitioner.
