O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to conduct an enquiry pertaining to the C.S.R No.527 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020. 2.Heard Mr.R.Abdul Mubeen, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that in respect of the C.S.R No.527 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020, the respondent police conducted an enquiry and closed the same on 30.10.2020. The said submission is recorded.

4. Hence, in view of the absence of any petition on the file of the respondent police, this Court cannot pass any positive order in favour of the petitioner. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the higher police officials by following the guide lines given by the Division https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
