Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the third respondent issued in proceedings No. 8208/A4/2001 dated 18.10.2001, the consequential proceedings issued in Ka.Che.M.M. No. 7619/A4/2002 dated 29.5.2003 and the final order of the 4th respondent issued in O.M. No. 2319/A3/2001 dated 30.6.2003 in so far as declaring one post of Physical Education Teacher in the 5th respondent School as surplus alone is concerned, and to quash the same in so far as declaring one post of Physical Education Teacher post in the 5th Respondent School alone is concerned and consequently direct the fourth respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Physical Education Teacher, from 28.3.2001 with salary and other benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
