ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted to comply with the order dated 08.04.2026 in Crl.OP.No.7389 of 2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, in compliance with the aforesaid order, the petitioners had already obtained a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-. However, due to the delay in obtaining the Demand Draft, the petitioners could not comply with the condition within the stipulated time. He therefore sought an extension of one week time to comply with the said condition.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and one week time is extended for depositing a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.105 of 2024, as ordered by this Court in Crl.OP.No.7389 of 2026 dated 08.04.2026, from the date on which, the order copy made ready, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stand automatically cancelled and no further extension of time will be granted. 30-06-2026 DRL To 1.The Inspector of Police Central Crime Branch-I (C.C.B-I), Vepery, Chennai - 600 007.
