ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for restoration and reconstruction of the compound wall in Survey Nos.153/1B and 153/2B situated at Mettupalayam Village, Kannampalayam, Poonamallee Taluk, by preventing interference from respondents 4 to 7 or any person claiming through them. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents 1 to 3 and perused all the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Considering the circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner & respondents 4 to 7 and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, and to pass orders in respect of providing police protection to the petitioner at the hands of respondents 4 to 7 in accordance with law,

within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
