This application has been filed by the applicants/defendants 1 & 2 to condone the delay of 168 days in filing the written statement with counter claim in D.No.12279 of 2017 filed by the defendants in C.S No.477 of 2016 and receive the same on file.

2. There is no objection on the side of the respondents 1 & 2/plaintiffs.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.
