ORDER

This petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29029 of 2024, dated 26.11.2024 on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioner had filed a modification petition in Crl.M.P.No.18222 of 2024, dated 21.12.2024, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders. Further, the petitioner has not been complying with the above condition. Hence, 1/3

he has filed an another modification petition in Crl.M.P.No.2106 of 2025, dated 10.02.2025 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on the first and third week of every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the case in Crime No.176 of 2024 has been transferred from CCB, Vepery, Chennai to CBCID, OCU -II (Organized Crime Unit).

3. Considering the submissions on both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13532 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29029 of 2024, dated 10.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders.
