O R D E R
When this Court was about to dismiss the case on merits, learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same, and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
2.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise all the points before the trial Court. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on his appearance, he shall file an application under Section 436 of Cr.P.C. The trial Court shall release the petitioner on bail on the same day on he executing a bond for Rs. 5000/- with one surety. Thereafter, the complainant and the accused may be referred to the local mediation center for arriving at a settlement. 3.If the mediation fails, the trial Court shall proceed further with the trial. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
