ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.
2. The petitioner/husband seeks transfer of HMOP.No.207 of 2025 from the file of the Family Court, Madurai to the file of the Subordinate Court, Ponnamallee, Chennai.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent, while denying the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, fairly states that the respondent has no serious objection with regard to the request for transfer.
4. In the light of the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for, with a direction to the Subordinate Court, Ponnamallee, not to insist on the physical appearance of both the parties, unless it is absolutely necessary and the parties are permitted to be represented by their counsel or authorised agents on other hearing dates. 2/4
There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
