O R D E R

The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land covered in S.No.85/D/15, Avinashi Village, Tiruppur District to an extent of 15 cents by paying the taxes to the Avinashi Panchayat. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the 7th respondent claimed title over the said land, a complaint was given by the petitioner to the Tahsildar, Tiruppur District, who on receipt of the petitioner's representation issued an enquiry notice on 09.03.2018 directing the petitioner to appear for an enquiry on 12.03.2018 before the 3rd respondent with regard to the land dispute. But till date, no final order has been passed. Therefore, the petitioner has come to this Court seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass orders.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 sought four weeks time to pass final orders on the pending enquiry as the enquiry notice issued to the petitioner shows that enquiry had been conducted. 4.Placing on record the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass final orders on the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the 7th respondent, if not already given.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
