This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.546 of 2022 on the file of second respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Principal Sessions Court, Chengalpet, on 17.05.2023 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the First Information Report at this stage. If ultimately, the concerned Court takes cognizance of the final report and summons is issued to the petitioner and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
