Learned counsel for the petitioner has moved an impleadment application to implead the person, against whom, she wants to file FIR namely respondents 2, 3 and 4.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
3. The proposed respondents 2,3 and 4 are impleaded as respondents 2, 3 and 4 in Crl.R.C.No.1001 of 2026.
4. Mr.M. Dinesh, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) accepts notice for 1st respondent.
5. Issue notice to respondents 2 to 4 through court by RPAD. Private mode of service is also permitted. Steps to be taken within one week from today. After service of notice, the respondents shall file counter within four weeks, two weeks thereafter is allowed for the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder.
