ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of this petitioner dated 07.05.2026 and direct the third respondent not to harass this petitioner in the guise of enquiry and provide sufficient time with a minimum of three months to settle the agreed amount of Rs.16,00,000/-.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel based on instructions submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the wife of the petitioner, 3rd respondent conducted enquiry and closed the CSR No.110 of 2026.
