Parthasarathy, aged about 28 years, the detenu, now confined in the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Court and set him at liberty. Today, when this Habeas Corpus petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Habeas Corpus petition.
